Delete your StatFooty account

You can delete your StatFooty account and its data at any time, from the StatFooty app or from the website. Deletion is permanent.

In the StatFooty app

  1. Open the Account tab and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, type DELETE instead.
  4. Tap Delete account.

On the website

  1. Sign in and open My account, then Settings.
  2. Use Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm in the same way.

Can't sign in?

Write to us through the contact page from the email address of your account. We will delete the account and its data within 30 days. https://www.statfooty.com/contact

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address and password.
  • The teams and competitions you follow.
  • Your alert settings and the push notification tokens of your devices.
  • Home-screen widget access and your Google sign-in link.
  • Your StatFooty Pro record.

What is kept

  • An anonymised security log entry, without your name or email address.
  • Payment records held by Google Play, the App Store or Stripe, under their own policies.
  • Invoices, where the law requires us to keep them.

Subscriptions

  • A Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in the store first, so you are not charged again.
  • A subscription bought on the website (Stripe) is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
